Shipping policy

At Mama’s Pride, we handcraft our hot sauce in small batches right out of Oxford, GA. We take great care in packing every bottle so it arrives safely, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to bring Mama’s Pride to overseas heat lovers in the future.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We keep our shipping straightforward with flat-rate pricing and reliable delivery windows:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Delivery estimates do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking movement after the label is generated.

Delivery Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has been submitted.

Mama’s Pride is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing.

Damaged in Transit

If your glass bottle arrives broken or leaking due to carrier handling, please email us immediately at darrell718@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items promptly.
